
Darryl Goodson, Senior Vice President and Director
Darryl Goodson joined Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. in 2007 as a Senior Vice President, bringing 29 years of experience constructing and managing large heavy civil projects, ranging from freeways and transit rail, to dams and subways. Darryl holds a California Registration as a Civil Engineer as well as a Masters from Stanford’s Construction Engineering and Management Program. Darryl formerly served as Vice President and Corporate Officer for Granite Construction Incorporated where he was actively employed for 18 years in their Heavy Construction Division. Prior to Granite, Darryl worked for both Guy F. Atkinson Construction and the Morrison Knudsen Company where he progressed through the ranks to supervise and manage major construction projects throughout the Americas. His project involvement includes projects that have ranged in value up to $1.3 billion and have been delivered utilizing contracts that include Design/Build, PPP and CM/GC as well as more conventional contract methodologies. Darryl is also is a member of the Stacy and Witbeck’s Board of Directors and Executive Management Group.
Darryl has been active in many industry associations over the years and is a recognized trainer and guest university lecturer on estimating, scheduling, and administration of complex construction projects. He was instrumental in the formation of the Associated Schools of Construction / Associated General Contractors National Collegiate Estimating Competition Championship where he served as Head Judge in the inaugural National Finals Competition.
