Janet Rogers, Vice President and Secretary
Janet Rogers joined Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. in 2001, bringing with her over 20 years of experience working for a very large multi-national heavy civil construction contractor. Her assignments on large projects including dams, highways and airbases provide her with a broad foundation of construction experience and knowledge in estimating, project engineering, job costing, project scheduling, claims resolution and expediting and procurement. Currently, in her position as Vice President and Corporate Secretary for Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. she has overall responsibility for project controls, management information systems, corporate legal matters and facilities management.
Janet has served two terms on the American Public Transportation Association Board of Directors Member and is currently on the association’s Business Member Board of Governors. She is also active in the Engineering and Utility Contractor’s Association currently acting as Vice Chair of the Scholarship Committee. Janet holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
