Ron Wells, CEO and Chairman
Ron Wells joined Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. in 1997 as President. Ron came to us after serving nearly 20 years with Peter Kiewit Son’s Company, where he reached the position of Vice President, and 10 years with Dillingham Construction Company, where again he was a Vice President. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University. Ron has 41 years of management experience in the construction industry. His extensive background in managing all construction business phases includes corporate planning, business development, estimating, operations management, corporate finance and administration. Ron has experience throughout North America and some foreign locations, working with both public and private industries.
Over the years Ron has been active in many industry associations across the United States, and has been a guest speaker at a variety of industry forums. In 2009, Ron was the recipient of the very prestigious Golden Beaver Management Award – an award based on selection by his peers, and offered to only one individual each year on a national basis. Ron is currently Vice President of the Beavers Association (a fraternal group of heavy construction professionals).
