With a strong base of operations throughout the Western United States, Stacy and Witbeck has a record of on-time completion of LRT projects from Market Street, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Embarcadero in San Francisco, to LRT projects in San Jose, Sacramento, and San Diego, California, as well as Portland, Oregon. The firm recently completed the very successful Salt Lake City University Line and Medical Center Extension Design-Build LRT Project. Stacy and Witbeck also recently completed the Interstate MAX LRT Project in Portland.
