Career Growth

Our company has experienced tremendous growth in the past 10 years. This growth is due to the ability of our people taking on new and challenging responsibilities. We are firm believers of promoting from within our organization, and provide training for our employees so they can gain additional skills to advance in their careers. We conduct quality, safety and technical training on the job site. We send employees to top of the line industry training programs. We established SWI University, our own in house training programs for superintendents, engineers at all levels, project managers, and senior managers. Furthermore, a component of our discretionary bonus program includes a rating category for training to encourage each employee to continue to develop in their career.
