Stacy and Witbeck is a leader in streetcar construction. Our streetcar projects include the first modern streetcar project constructed in the United States – the Portland Streetcar Phase 1 project in Portland, Oregon. Since then, we have built every streetcar line in that city. These projects have become the model for most of the modern streetcar projects being planned and built in the United States.
We also constructed the first modern streetcar project in Seattle and are currently constructing the next phase of that system. We constructed every streetcar project along San Francisco’s Market Street as well as the line at the famed Fisherman’s Wharf, one of the busiest and well known tourist destinations in North America. We are currently building the first modern streetcar projects in both Salt Lake City and Dallas, the Sugar House Streetcar and the Union Station to Oak Cliff Streetcar, respectively.
No other firm has the awards, letters of recognition, and real life experiences building successful streetcar systems.
