- 3.2 miles of paved double track
- Over 46,000 feet of new water line including 2,000 feet of 36” main
- Over 17,000 feet of new sewer line
- 13,000 feet of new storm drain line including 48” main and 60” x 28” elliptical pipe
- 8,000 feet of new casing pipe under tracks
- 175,000 sy of asphalt removal with over 150,000 sy of new asphalt being placed
- 110,000 sf of new sidewalks and 29,000 lf of new curb and gutter
- 71,000 cy of roadway and guideway excavation
- Four (4) – 100 meter single crossovers and one (1) – 100 double crossover
- Three (3) station platforms with one (1) - 600 space Park-n-Ride lot
