George has extensive experience providing executive oversight of complex projects performed under CM/GC, design-build, and bid-build contracting methods. He has experience with estimating, bidding, planning, and constructing logistically challenging projects in urban environments, while maintaining high credibility with owners and stakeholders.

Clayton Gilliland President
Clayton is the President of Stacy Witbeck with more than 35 years in the heavy civil construction field. Beginning his work as a surveyor and working his way through nearly all project roles, Clayton has a comprehensive understanding of work in the field and an excellent ability to partner with project partners. Since joining the Stacy Witbeck team in 1999, Clayton has managed some of the industry’s most complex projects with steady leadership, a focus on partnership, and the ability to bring diverse teams of owners, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders together to move projects forward. He has an excellent reputation with project owners and stakeholders, and is known for his successful coordination with municipalities, businesses, and residents on projects.
