Stacy Witbeck Leaders Selected to Serve on APTA Board of Directors

Helping advance public transportation through industry leadership and a contractor's perspective.

There are projects ahead of us, and then there is the work of advancing the industry itself.

Two Stacy Witbeck leaders have been selected to serve on the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Board of Directors, bringing a contractor's perspective to conversations that help shape the future of public transportation.

Ryan Snow has been selected to serve a three-year term on the APTA Board as one of the association's Business Member Directors. Throughout his career, Ryan has helped connect innovative delivery strategies with successful project outcomes. His experience delivering complex transit infrastructure projects brings a practical perspective to industry discussions about alternative project delivery, collaboration, and building the systems communities rely on every day.

"Public transportation succeeds when owners, designers, contractors, and industry partners work together. I'm honored for the opportunity to contribute to those conversations and help advance the industry. Contractors bring a unique perspective because we're the ones turning plans into reality. Whether we're discussing alternative project delivery, innovation, or industry challenges, it all comes back to the work we do every day: building cool stuff that helps connect people and communities. I'm excited to bring that voice to the board."

Ryan Snow, Senior Vice President, Pursuits & Development

Jennifer Donaldson has been selected to serve a one-year term as the Leadership APTA representative on the APTA Board of Directors, filling the Leadership APTA Portfolio seat. In this role, Jennifer will serve as a liaison between the APTA Board and the Leadership APTA program, helping ensure participants have the support, visibility, and industry connections needed to continue developing the next generation of transit leaders.

"Leadership development is critical to the future of our industry. After spending the past year helping guide Leadership APTA participants through executive learning experiences, industry-focused capstone projects, and deeper engagement with APTA committees, I look forward to helping ensure emerging leaders have opportunities to grow and remain active in shaping the future of public transportation."

Jennifer Donaldson, Vice President, Operational Controls

The APTA Board of Directors provides oversight and strategic direction for the association and includes representatives from across the public transportation industry, including transit system directors, business member directors, and at-large members.

Ryan and Jennifer's appointments reflect Stacy Witbeck's commitment to strengthening the public transportation industry through collaboration, leadership, and service.

As our teams continue building projects that improve mobility and connect communities, we are proud to see our people helping shape the conversations that will move the industry forward.

Congratulations to Ryan and Jennifer on this well-deserved recognition and their continued service to the transit industry.
